There’s a type of milk for every lifestyle. Whole milk contains at least 3.25% milk fat (M.F.), which is lighter than cream but has more body than lower fat milk. When a portion of the milk’s fat is removed, it becomes partly skimmed milk, such as 2% milk and 1% milk, depending on the quantity removed. Skim milk is virtually fat-free, with only about 0.1%

These products have many natural nutritional benefits such as calcium, potassium, vitamins and protein essential for human growth and development. Children love to have cup of warm or cold chocolate milk for breakfast but is provides chocolate milk the same nutritional benefits as pure milk? Studies show that the diets of children who drink chocolate or other flavoured milks contain no more added sugar than those who consume no chocolate milk. It seems that children and teens don’t consume chocolate milk instead of white milk but rather, when given the choice, they choose chocolate milk instead of reaching for less nutritious sweet drinks like soft drinks and fruit drinks.
