Shipping & Delivery for Dubai

Summary:

- Minimum order 50.00 for delivery, none for click&collect
- Regular: Free delivery once/twice a week
- Convenience: 10.00 AED for specific day/time
- Priority: 20 AED for delivery within 90min
- Free delivery for all orders 300 AED and above regardless the delivery option
- Click&Collect: Discounts if you pick up at our warehouses.

 

Minimum Order / Free Delivery

For click&collect we do not have any minimum order. For delivery it is 50.00 AED.

All regular orders and orders of 300 AED and above have free delivery regardless the delivery option.

 

Regular

No shipping costs. We serve all areas of Dubai minimum one time per week with our

regular service. Deliveries will be done between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. You find the

day(s) for our regular service in your area in our table Schedule Regular Tours

Orders for our regular service have to be placed until the day before midnight.

For regular orders we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time as it depends on the route driven and the number of orders to be delivered.

For same day delivery or delivery at a specific time please select “Convenience” or “Priority” as service option.

 

Convenience

10.00 AED Service Fee. You tell us date and time for your delivery. Orders have to be placed minimum 4h in advance. We do our best to deliver exactly at the time given by you. For events beyond our control please allow a margin of 30 min. If we are later than that please ask our driver to waive the service fee before settling the invoice.

For orders of 300 AED and above we waive the service fee for you.  

 

Priority

20.00 AED Service Fee. With our Priority service you will receive your order within 90 min. after the order is placed. For events beyond our control please allow a margin of 15min. If we are later than that please ask the driver to downgrade the service fee to Convenience Service before settling the invoice. For orders of 300 AED and above we waive the service fee for you.

 

Click & Collect

Money Saver. Use this option if you want to save money and collect the goods from our warehouses. Select day and time for the pick up and we have the goods ready for you when you arrive. We honor your effort to visit us by providing discounts on our products. You will see your saving when you select this option at checkout. Click here for our location.
